"In June 2010 we used Chris Archer to decorate one of our bedrooms. Previously we’d used him on other occasions to paint the exterior of our house and for interior decorating including the hallway, landing and stairs.

The exterior work included preparation by pressure washing, rubbing down , painting with a base coat and then several coats of paint to the exterior of a large 5 bedroom house , which was done without mess and to a good standard. The inside work included painting all of the walls, ceilings, doors, frames, skirting boards and window frames and ledges. It also included rubbing down and revarnishing the dark wood banister, spindles and hand rail. All of the work that was done for us on each occasion was carried out efficiently, promptly and with the minimum mess and disruption. We have employed other tradesmen before who did not meet the same standards of both workmanship and care and consideration of the area that they are working in , and my wife in particular was very happy to see that a lot of time and attention was taken in sheeting up and ensuring that a bare minimum of mess might be left behind. He also made an excellent job of cleaning our driveway and patio with a pressure washer and restored it to look like almost new.

All of Chris Archer’s work for us was completed within the originally estimated period of time with a high quality of workmanship at an extremely reasonable price . We also found him to be just as fussy about his work as we were as the clients having our property decorated. We are more than happy to recommend his work and will be using him again in the near future”
